I'm not that familiar with the nursing schools in NYC, although my mother did get her Nursing degree there, but that was a long time ago! I assume you're asking the question because you're the one paying for it and your son probably has his hands full with the move. I can tell you this there is a big difference in price between private schools and State schools. And I understand NYC "City" schools are even less expensive. Perhaps there's an admission officer you can talk to?
