    I'm working now for a facility run by the Masons. Its not for profit and small enough that you know and can contact administration easily. Money is getting tight and we're having to watch our budget but if one of the residents needs something, they get it. I've worked the large corporations and supplies were always a problem. You hope you didn't run out of something before the delivery truck arrived and you get into hot water if you go outside their supply system to get something you need for a resident.
