4. 265 questions, "open registration" then good pop up but no license posting 07/15/16

   Same thing happened to me! Took it on Saturday, had the "open registration" message when trying to do PVT. I tried the PVT on Monday... good pop up! My license was posted early Tuesday morning! (1:30 am). Good luck!!
