  1. Night shift in LTC/Skilled Nursing

    I retired early from being a nurse educator for 12 years. I took a NOC position at a Retirement center that recently opened in Sept. The position is on the healthcare/rehab unit. The current census is about 15. I used to work nights when I was a staff nurse, so hopefully adapting back to this shift won't be too bad. I appreciate the feedback from those before about what NOCs is like. I have never worked LTC before, I am an OB nurse.
