Hi everyone, I am 25 yrs old and I live in Los Angeles, CA. I have a bachelor degree in biochemistry (class of 2012). I have been out from school since then. I am currently working as Quality management asst. at a community health center for almost 3 yrs from now. Working there makes me realize that I need some kind of Clinical background to jump up to higher position. Now, I am thinking to go back BSN (accelerated) program. My end goal is being in management field with leadership position one day. My corners are: 1) Can I still work part time while in accelerated BSN program? 2) I found out about APU ELM program. It is very interesting program which I can get MSN. Now I am debating whether MSN vs. MHA/MSHCM. I do have plan for MHA program before I realized I need RN degree. Can anyone please advise me what would be the best path for me? Really appreciate for all the thoughts and input. Thanks,
