Hey Glammie, I took my NCLEX today too at 11:15am. Got 75 questions, 23 SATA. I did the PVT like 2 hours after and I got the good pop up too. Let me know when your license posts! I'm super anxious to see my name on the BRN.

I called them again, no luck. They said it usually take 4-6 weeks for the roster to clear and it's already been 10 weeks.

Yes rahlm it is a closed group so you just have to join. I believe they sent out both rejection and congratulatory letters.

Hey Dandy, I interviewed with La Jolla and there were two women who interviewed me. I interviewed last Wednesday and received a background check email on Friday, however, from what I've been told that doesn't mean anything. I was told by the receptionist that we will hear about their decision by this Friday, so it will be a long week! Best of luck!

Yes, they already did interviews last week for new grads. They will be contacting the people who are hired this week. I personally got an email requesting to do a background check on Friday.

Has anyone gotten any updates yet? I reached out to my senator and assembly man and they said they'll try to look into it but idk how helpful it's going to end up being.

For those of you who submitted your applications between March 1-15 I would definitely recommend you call and inquire about your application. As of today, the BRN website says they are processing applications from March 16-30.

NursingTrends and E Meds, I recommend you guys call because as of this morning the BRN website updated that they are processing applications from March 16-30 now.

Hey guys....so my situation is only slightly different, but relatively the same. 1) license by exam 2) April 22, did livescan April 7, graduated May 18 3) 14 weeks 4) Paper 5) Graduated in California from Kaplan College San Diego 6) California resident 7) Called in June and they said they hadn't processed my background, faxed in the confirmation, 2 days later they manually verified and passed my background for me 8) I have faxed our school roster twice along with sent it certified mail twice almost 8 weeks ago, both letters were signed and accepted by a representative of the BRN 9) I was offered two positions, both of which got rescinded due to not being licensed in time. I now have an interview next week for a new grad program beginning October

Hey everyone, I got an email this morning 7/27 for an interview with Scripps next week. Will keep you guys posted as to how it goes! P.S. My application status still says "Under Review". Also, I am an EXTERNAL candidate.

Hey HopefulNewGrad, I just got an email to interview with them too next week! Good luck to you! We new grads can use all the help we can get. Side note: did you take your nclex yet? I graduated May 16th and still havent gotten my eligibility to test.
