    I need some advice please I was hired last year (FEB 2015) to work in a medical surgical and orthopaedic floor. and during the time I accepted the offer( I recently moved to south Carolina where I got the job)I did not debate what they offer me I was just after to be reunited with my family so I accepted the offer without any second thought. but I recently found out that my salary are no where near to what other are receiving despite me having more experienced than them.i am planning to have a meeting With HR and discuss it but I am not sure if this the right thing to do. I also found out that they are giving people with 5k signing bonus and that was not offered to me. please any comment or advice will be highly appreciated many thanks Rob, ( I felt like I been ROB)
