With regards to that, you can call ask your agency or international agency in UK to ask NMC to print a blank form and scan for you so the correct barcode will be scanned, then your documents will be tagged online. ( no need to send a another/ corrected form) With that, you need to make a third party authorization so they can work for you on your behalf

Hi. Hope your problem had been addressed. If not, I hope my opinion would somehow help. As a rule, you need to have all documents tagged as " this document has been received" and you were able to click the submit button. In most cases if they were all delivered in one package, they should be scanned and reflected in the portal in on that day. In fact, their time difference is just minutes apart. Just try to call back if there might be a problem with your documents. A lot of cases had happened just like yours, either it was lost/tampered or you sent a wrong document or a wrong form. Take note, bar coded forms are unique. They differ per entry so make sure the ones you entered in the portal were exactly the same form being filled up by your source/reference person. If that is the case, try to email the NMC instead. Email is good when you want to inquire or explain what had happened. Then you can follow it up with a call.

Hi My apologies for the late response. Regarding about your police clearance, you can use it but you need to send your translated exit stamp from your passport to support that you have been out of the country. So in short you need to send the translated police clearance and exit stamp. NMC only accepts police clearance that is within 3 months from issue. Additionally, you wont need to write and explanation to the UK immigration as to why you were not able to secure a police clearance prior your exit. And as to your REG AND VERIFICATION FORM, no need to ask the saudi council, the NMC is aware that scfhs is not anymore filling up the page especially offices outside riyadh. Just pay and download the saudi good standing, blank rav form and explanation letter. For the explantion letter, just indicate that you left the kingdom and you have no one to ask to have it personally filled up at the saudi council, and good standing would suffice to prove your practice in the kingdom. Or better yet, send an email to nmc to give you further instructions. Hope this helps.

Hi I hope I can help. You can actually opt to have your two references with your new employer yet, you have to declare you saudi experience and saudi license. Just enclose an explanation letter and CV to support your application To answer your question : 1. You may not take or get a Saudi Police clearance since it is acceptable to present your saudi exit stamp, just have it translated at NCMF, ORANGE OR LEXCODE. 2. Your requirements for nmc will be the one that you will be presenting for your visa requirements too. Please have your explanation ready incase they will ask you as to why you were not able to obtain the police clearance. Or you can email personally the NMC to persoanlly assist you with this.

Hi donnie, With regards to your saudi experience, I would really encourage you to declare it. However, in the employer reference section, you are asked for only two references. You can opt to use your recent employer for your references. Meaning, both philippine employer will fill up with reference 1 and reference 2. With regards to your previous ksa experience, you can write a declaration and enclose your CV that summarizes your entire work history. The NMC actually will ask for your employment gap if you have not worked for the last 12 months after your registration in the PRC. You can opt to use your latest employer but declare your saudi license, all you have to do is download and pay the good standing certificate, send the blank RAV form, write an explanation letter. You can browse for other instructions on the previous feeds

Hi.. I am not particularly sure but it is best to be honest all the time. Your records will be shown in your passports and other else, especially that the Saudi government has adapted the electronic iqama and we have electronic passports. So there might be a chance that you might have a problem.

NMC Decision Letter 2016
I tried to call my agency now to follow it up. They will try to see if there is a problem with my application. The agent that I talked with was polite yet I am not having any concrete answers. I can't afford to wait until the 70th without any feedback. Anyhow thank you

NMC Decision Letter 2016
Hi guys! Anyone who has the same problem like mine? Had been almost 47th working day since I was on queue. There is no feedback or asking of additional requirements. I was just surprised to what had happened to my portal. I called several times and the NMC just told me to wait until the 70th. I was hoping at least on the 40th working day I could be able to get a reply so at least I can work on the requirements if there are. I am trying to see maybe there has been a technical glitch on this thanks

Ex- Saudi Filipino nurse applying for NMC-UK
Hi there. Sorry for my late reply. You must have read through my previous post regarding the Saudi documents for the NMC . On my personal experience, what I actually did, I submitted the following documents for the NMC. I uploaded these on the portal and I sent them also together with the other docs in the parcel. 1. Entry Visa( 2011 )and Exit Stamp (2015) - all photocopies 2. Translation from the NCMF ( government agency that do translation for arabic docs) 3.Explanation letter - as to why I sent them the exit visa and not able to obtain the recent copy. 4. Police Clearance ( 2015) I still sent my police clearance I was able to get a week prior I exit. 4. First page copy of my First and Second passport. I changed passports in between during my stay in saudi arabia so my entry and exit stamp has different passport number 5. Exit Visa print out from online portal ( muqeem) arabic and english version - I was able to get this one from the Human Resource department. They only have the log in details to check your expired/used visa from the saudi gov website. I actually sent all the documents that would support my application though as per instruction I was only told to send my translated exit visa. For the licensing and verification, I sent the following 1. Saudi Certificate ( grey colored )- Professional Accreditation Certificate 2. Translation of the Saudi Certificate 3. Blank NMC Registration and Verification form 4. Explanation letter - to why I cant be able to process the verification at the SCFHS office 5. Certificate of Good Standing - recent 6. Memorandum from the SCFHS Riyadh as to why there are no longer processing. 7. Copy of my old and new Saudi council card. - I have stayed 4 years in saudi so I was able to renew, but I send the same two ID's anyway. In short, I literally had sent all the documents that would support my registration at the SCFHS. For the letter, Ill send it through your email. Hope I was able to help. God Bless

NMC Decision Letter 2016
Hi The assessor would just like to know why you did not work after PRC registration especially if it is more that a year and you did not practice from the time you were registered as a nurse. There are lots of cases like you. All they did was just to send their CV and more or less, they got the DL's days after. When was you Queue date po?

NMC Test Online
Hi .. I hope I can help. Q1 - I waited to have all my docs be reflected on the portal before I hit submit. I was anxious and paranoid at the same time. They completed the upload of my docs on June 2 midnight, and I hit submit June 3. I asked and informed me the my queue date is on June 3. So if I were you, you can hit the submit now to avoid delays on your queue date Q2- If you have to employers, you have to options, Either to declare each employer and give one reference per employer or have one employer then 2 references. The basic rule is to make sure these references were able to supervise you in the period if 12 straight months. If there is a gap between your PRC reg date and start date of employment for more than one year, you can send a CV and explanation letter. Q3 - Make sure that the medical doctor who is certifying for your declaration of good health is not related to you by family( same family name) or work. You will be questioned by the NMC . Better to be safe to have another physician fill it up. Make sure their stamp is visible on the certificate. Q4 - In my case, I sent all the forms and copies in one parcel except for the PRC. PRC is quite far from my place so I decided not to comeback and have them mail it. But for the rest, I have sent them together. I just made it sure that the documents from the school were in an enveloped and fully sealed by the registrar addressed only to the NMC. Q5 - Send only the photocopies for supporting documents. For the NMC forms, of course, send them in original docs. Q6 - In my case, I just declare my first employer since I had a three year experience on that and my second employer is in saudi, I initially had emailed the NMC before doing that and I was given the GO signal to use only my first employer as long as it is more than 12 months, as per their requirement. You can ask the NMC anytime to make sure you got it all correct prior sending it all. They are willing to assist you. Usually they will respond to you in 3-10 days.

Ex- Saudi Filipino nurse applying for NMC-UK
Hi.. I know it must have been very confusing in complying the NMC requirements especially the ones from Saudi. Well about your question. The Certificate of Good Standing is actually a requirement for your Saudi license verification. Since the Saudi commission is not filling up anymore the RAV form ( registration and verification form) , they are issuing the Good Standing on that behalf. That is very important and that is the last requirement the NMC is asking. It can easily be obtain by requesting it online thru their website and pay 300 SAR. The No objection letter with the official Saudi Stamp will be a supporting document for you Police Clearance, in case if you don't have one. It was actually issued by your employer and not by the council. So that could not be used as a substitute. Hope I was able to help

NMC Test Online
have you called the NMC? I had a friend who happened to have the same experience like you. There was a problem internally with her Credit card account and the NMC. The credit card company had billed her already yet the NMC was not able to receive the payment. Somehow a technical glitch had happened. She sent all the receipts and emails from the bank to the NMC and they were able to check the problem

Timeline for NMC
Credits to the owner who have written this. I am posting this as my basis to keep tract of my application. This isn't exactly my experience cause I haven't received my decision letter yet but this is based on 4 people I know that are now in the UK. And this might be a good reference for people interested to apply for UK no IELTS yet? have 1 year hospital experience? then.. look for an Employer through an agency (they might shoulder your IELTS UKVI, CBT examinations, but this varies among different employers) In the Philippines, there are lots of agencies and mostly have a weekly interview with different employers under NHS Trust and other Private Hospitals. 1-3 days already have an Employer? confident with your English Language Skills? BOOK your UKVI IELTS Achieve a band score for each category with atleast 7. Unlucky? Re-sit your IELTS but book now with the regular IELTS and make sure to pass it this time. 1-2 months Register under NMC: Overseas RegistrationYou will receive an e-mail stating that you have passed the Eligibility blah blah.. Within 24hours BOOK your CBT NMC will prompt you to book your CBT under Pearson Vue and they are the ones to provide you the username and password all you have to do is assign the date and venue where you want to sit the exam and pay. £130 (Within 24-48 hours). Review time for CBT (give it a month or two) FULL Application and Assessment Once you passed the CBT, you will then receive an e-mail from NMC prompting you to pay £140 to gain access to the downloadable, barcoded forms and the online application form. Fill out that online form and make sure the all input you've made are correct and the same with what you've placed in your downloaded forms. Reference Forms 1 and 2 - done in a day or a week at max Form to accompany Transcript of training - 1-2 weeks Registration Authority Verification 1-3 weeks Accomplished all the forms? then send them all through FedEx or DHL. Documents will be received by NMC within 3-7 days depending where your location is. Don't loose the tracking numbers of all your packs. All will be scanned and uploaded after 10-15 days upon receipt. Once all documents are reflected on the portal, congratulations, your now on the assessment queue. With the case of my friends and acquaintances it only took them 3-7 days to actually receive their decision letter. With my case, it's been 2 weeks and still no sign of it and there is this 'more information required - feedback' stated on top of the table of my documents but the NMC Call Centre just said to just ignore it (reassuring, right?not!). And I heard one that said she received hers, 3 months after! like whaaaaaaaat?! Anyways,.. Once you have your decision letter already. Inform your Agency/International Agency/Employer that you already have your DL. Then they would let you go through the medical and TB test all done within a day and they'd be the one to book your OSCE (I'm not sure bout this). Certificate of Sponsorship will be released once you have your result with your medical but this depends with the employer you have. Some release it just 3 days after some even longer, a month at max (just being optimistic). Then your agency would most probably handle for your Visa Application and you'd just be given a date for your Embassy Appearance. Within a week your visa will be released some even just a day but had to pay extra fees. Give it a week or two and then you'd be flying out of your country! To sum it up, it would take 6 months - a year depending on the pace you comply the requirements. Hope this helps all the readers out there cause it did help me.

Hi there! Hope all is well with you. I have been there too. I was literally at lost and don't really know what to do but some great people online had helped me through the process. The very first thing you have to do is contact the NMC. Raise all your concerns so as they will know your situation. For sure they will give you a list of instructions to address your concerns. In my case, I really told them that I can't be able to get in contact with my previous employer. They usually suggest and give instruction on case to case basis. With regards to the announcement, I will send it to you once I am able to get logged in using my PC. On the other hand, regarding your police clearance, you don't need it unless it is within the 3 month time period like the NBI. They will advice you to have your Exit stamp on your passport scanned and printed and have it attached with the translation from the certified translator. ( NCMF / DFA) . Just also include the exit visa or the muqeem print out attached to the copy of your exit stamp. 1000 usd is pretty costly, really, You mentioned that you have a reentry visa. Does that mean that you did not finish your contract? Just try to ask the embassy or contact the DFA if they can give you a certificate of no criminal record. I have read somewhere that there was one who was able to get one with that kind of certification. However, someone must be there in Jeddah or Riyadh to follow those up.

Hi there! I guess we have the same classification for all Filipino expat nurses in Saudi- nurse technician. So far, the nursing council has been accrediting that classification even in US.
