  1. Hi Everyone !! I can't believe I'm here ! I Want whoever is reading this to know that 1) If you failed nclex that it is OK !! So many people have to take nclex more then once . 2) You can pass nclex even if you run out of time !!! I'm going to tell you my story to give you some hope . Through the struggle of passing this test , I've learned that persevernce is key . I took nclex tuesday july 5, 2016 for the 4th time and passed . I ran out of time at 230 questions. Look up the ROOT rule on the ncsbn website to see how the test is graded if you run out of time . The study material that i used was UWORLD and HURST Review . Go through each question and review rationals , I even wrote every rational down so it stuck. You can do it !!!
