But it didn't need to be mentioned the way they did it- there are people in that ‘cannot pay' pile because she made it sound like you had to pay then get reimbursed by financial aid- I'm a cash student, used up all my financial aid long ago. I am doing the payment plan- she could had just stated the schools drop date is dec 6. If you are not in an agreement with financial aid, workforce, payment plan or some other form of payment, you will be dropped. I just thought it was unnecessary to make it sound so all or nothing.

What two classes do you have done that are nursing? Health is one I am guessing. With you me acore, GPA and classes completed I would say worst case you would be an alternate. But it depends how many guaranteed seats are needed. I was a 75, 3.2 and only missing one pre req- and I didn't even get alternate in march.

Just popped in to say hi-- I am also applying for the Spring start. I have applied twice before- this past February we did not get decisions until the end of March. So I am guessing we will get qualification emails next week and decisions at the end of July. Thankfully I have an 81 on the TEAS this time so I don't have to wonder as much.

Congratulations! I took the TEAS 6 today and got an 80.7 doe I am good for the June application of a January start!!

This was the explaination- Each completed class is 2.3 points- I only have around 9 points there. My GPA was 3.2 and my score was 75-- but they choose people differently- 2nd-- don't believe people's Teas scores. I asked her why would anyone brag about a lower score than mine? Meaning I had someone with a 68 and AP2 remaining get in over me on a GPA. That's not right. She had absolutely no answer. Told me since my GPA is going down a tenth with my B in AP1 to get the 76.

I think it was my GPA because people with lower TEAS score. This is why I'm going to advising to be sure.

Unfortunately no not even alternate- I'm going to find out why- and what I need to make the cut in june

They reschedule my nursing advisor appt to the 25th- so I guess I will just pick classes for the fall then see what they say about me applying in the June!

It is- but it is percentile 55% your teas score, then GPA, then completed classes. I don't have the exact other two precentiles with me right now. I have a meeting Monday to see why I didn't not get in this time and what I specifically need to do for June.

Congratulations!! You are in small company- most did not make the cut. I had a 75, 3.4 over all GPA and I'm in 250 now, only 251 left- all my other pre req are done. I am just going to get the 76 so I can get a seat for January 2018.
