  1. Today I took the certification test to be a CNA. I was unreasonably failed for "not rinsing my hands" (which I DEFINITELY did) in the handwashing skill portion. My partner, however, got away with incorrectly positioning the bedpan, failing to remove the siderail, and not providing privacy. My case sounds bad enough as it is-- a failed student upset because her partner did better than her. It feels so unjust that the test administrator could so easily fail me for a small error that I know I did not commit. Side note: every other skill test (modified bed bath, catheter, respirations, PROM knee) was perfect. What do I do? I tried to file a complaint but I kept getting redirected. I can't afford to retake the skills test. I talked to the woman who tested me but was refused help.
