Been there, did that. For me it was trying to do the college algebra. I tried twice and ended up having a mini nervous breakdown in class during the final. I gave up for about a year. I am now in an rn program at a community college. It tokk me 4 years to get my prerequisites but it was worth it. I had to take prealgebra, beginning algebra then 4 tries to pass intermediate algebra. I've learned I'm not an algebra person.. I only passed it after a lovely person told me about a site cAllen rateyourprofessor.Co and I was able to vet my 4th algebra teacher for non a**holery. West Coast let a student a normal college tested as needing prealgebra level mathiness take a college algebra class. Don't beat yourself up, they are a horrible $$chool

Hi, stupid issue here. I work in hh and with a new company. A case I just started on has a pt with a gj mickey. My first week I noticed it was loose and checked the water in the balloon like I have a million other times with other pts. It was low so I filled it to the required amount and let the pcg know. I'm here a week later and the am sn tells me we (lvns) aren't allowed to check the balloon on a gj mickey. (So, what then? ER trip each f**.. week?!) The case manager still hasn't gotten back to us on this and I'm working nocs so calling the doctor (to request the stupidest order ever) would be stepping on the am sn's toes. Suggestions?
