  1. Hey all! I'm trying to get into FGCU's nursing program this fall. My college career has been an up hill battle and I've really become a scholar this last year. I received straight As this semester and my GPA shot up to a 3.116. I am also currently at Community Health Major taking various required classes for that major including Chem 1 in spring. I've taken the teas 3 times and have gone up 10 point ever time. My last score was an 80 reading: 89.7 science: 83 math: 75 english: 75 I have piled my Nursing CAS app with all my internships, my awards like deans list and my AA. I'm dedicated to learning and becoming a nurse, but I'm also worried they won't see my progression as a student and person. I know it's very hard to predict the results of this application process, but would taking the TEAS again help? Do you believe even with a lower GPA I still have a possible shot?
