    I'm just about to enroll in the CNA program with hopes of working as CNA while I go back for my RN & I'm aware of the SLED background check. 6.5 yrs ago I was pulled over by a SC Trooper b/c I swerved. I had taken my son who is an amputee to the Shriners Hospital that day & he was with me. The Trooper was NOT nice at all, charged me with DUI, b/c I had in my purse a bottle of prescribed to ME pain meds. He also charged me with misdemeanor child endangerment. It's outrageous. This is all I have as far as even traffic violations in the state of SC. Does anyone know if this will prevent me from getting in ? Thanks in advance for your help!
