Hi and welcome, first off congratulations on your awesome Teas V score :] and best of luck to you! In my opinion you have a very high chance of getting in this application period! BTW!! Has anyone received any emails today is the 14th day and according to the admissions criteria we should be notified today if we are eligible and when to go in an write the nursing essay for those who did not score over an 80 on Teas V.

Nothing yet! I wonder when we will have to complete our physicals, drug screens and vaccinations after we get accepted! I wish they'd give us a better timeline so I could be more prepared. Having to schedule and pay for that stuff is always easier the earlier you start working on the better especially with vaccines some of them require multiple visits and cost a lot of money anyone have an idea of how long it takes for them to give word of that?

Hey BCE2802, congrats on your Teas V and science score! As far as I'm concerned the advisor told me the same thing, she stated that the GPA will be calculated on the Pre-reqs with nothing else and will be counted as 10%. You also get up to 10% for having all the pre-reqs done. So you probably scored a 10% on GPA, but as far as the 10% awarded for having all the pre-reqs completed I'm not to sure. A few other members on this thread are also wondering about the number of applicants, once the application process closes then we are allowed to ask how many qualified applicants are in the running! Best of luck to you!! :)

Good luck! Your gpa is awesome and you almost have all your pre-reqs done I'm sure you'll be fine :) as long as you got a 64 on your Teas V which is the nationwide average!

Yes! I really hope thats the case, but I'm sure you'll get in with that awesome teas score :) I heard after the application period closes we are allowed to ask how many people applied!

I met with the nursing advisor and she said the average composite score was 70%. I don't know what to think!

I applied for the 2017 spring term! I'm really hoping I get in, I have all my pre reqs done with a 3.6 GPA and I did okay on the Teas V 73! I'm also a PCT (CNA/PHELB/EKG) hopefully that will be good enough does anyone know how many people applied? GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!
