I had an interview at Hackensack UMC this morning with the nurse manager of the unit. How long after the interview does it typically take before I get an offer/ rejected?! I'm so nervous I already turned down all my other offers because I was sort of banking on this one.

I just got offered a job for the residency starting July! I'm so nervous and not sure if I should take it or not since I live in NJ and it's a big move. How do you all like it? What do you think? I know I could probably get a job around me (NJ) that pays more but I really want to live in DC. Any comments would be awesome.

Hi guys! I just got offered a job for the July 2016 residency but there's no thread for that one. I haven't accepted it yet but I'm just wondering how it is? I'm so nervous for the transition to being an actual nurse. I'm from NJ too so it's a big move for me, and I'm wondering if it's worth it to work there or try to find a job here. I know hospitals here pay the same if not more. Any feedback about the residency program would be awesome!
