Hello everyone, First and foremost, I would like to thank you for your time. I am supposed to be doing an interview with a Registered Nurse employed in a leadership role as a Nursing Quality Expert. Job titles of RNs who may be considered include, but are not limited to: Quality Care Coordinator, Performance Improvement Officer/Coordinator, Director of Quality Assessment, Compliance Officer, Safety Director, Regulatory Officer/Director. The nurses that I have emailed haven't responded or answered my phonecalls so I'm getting a little desperate. I'm only asking for half an hour to fourty five minutes max of your time to finish this assignment. I was hoping to learn about your job, which requires your credentials, time in current position, major responsibilities etc and a little bit about how core nursing competencies of your workplace.
