Hey guys!!! Congratulations to all of you that got in! I got in as well!!! Im so glad they decided to email us before thanksgiving break. I can finally enjoy the holiday

I believe we will start receiving letters by thanksgiving-early December. An advisor told me that they usually send out letters before registration but for some reason they are delaying it this time around!! I hope we all go home to good news during thanksgiving...

Does anybody know what the cut-off score is?

Yup I thought the Spring semester was closed to SJSU students only but I spoke with an advisor and they clarified that transfer students that already have a Bachelor's in something else and are interested in getting a second Bachelor's are open to apply for the Spring. Yea honestly I feel like the odds aren't in my favor. The transfers that are applying are kinda putting us at a disadvantage Good luck to ALL!!

Im so close to submitting my application. Im so nervous. Idk how competitive our application pool is going to be. Do you guys all have a lot of experience with volunteering????

I was thinking don't we just put "none" for major since we are undeclared and thats not an option?? Are you still allowed to make changes once you've added the school?

Also, when we are adding SJSU under "colleges attended" do we select "no" or "my degree is in process" when it asks if we have earned a degree? If choose the option of "my degree is in process" it doesn't have the option of "pre-nursing" under the major.

How do we send our transcripts to NursingCAS? and how does the transcript process work if you're trying to transfer a prereq from a CC? and just to be sure... for our schools attended.. under major, we are supposed to choose "Nursing" right? sorry these are all stupid questions.. I'm just paranoid about messing up

Do you guys know how we are supposed to substitute a course for one of the requirements? I need to substitute Chem 30A with Chem 1A. Is there an option on NursingCAS to do so?

How do you fill out transcripts, college attended, etc? I saw SJSU under BSN (pre-licensure) when I signed in and clicked "Start your application"

i just created an account as well.. the application was supposed to open today but I can't find SJSU under the programs section.

Wow!!!! Everyone did so well! Good luck to all. I'm a little on the low side so I'm freaking out. my gpa is 3.71 and i got a 77.3% on my teas (2nd attempt). Impaction score is 6.29....

Were you able to apply for those schools? I was unable when I tried.

Also for the orientation that you guys were talking about earlier... is it at the beginning of this fall semester or once we are already in the program?

What other CSU's did you guys apply to? Is East Bay taking transfers for Spring 2017? The only one that I know is accepting transfers is Sacramento State.

Yea I heard about that! Not too sure if its a good or bad thing :/ if the cutoff score also divides the TEAS portion by 30 then I don't think it should affect our chances dramatically?
