  1. Are the PN classes not enough hours to be considered full time? :0
  2. I can't seem to find where to do it! (the fingerprinting)
  3. I just did my background check and it worked. Maybe it's fixed now.
  4. Check your emails! Packets have arrived!
  5. I called last week and they said this week. I asked this week and they said sometime next week. So who knows?!
  6. Does anyone know when orientation is? Or will the packet tell us?
  7. West campus LPN! Congrats everyone I'm so excited!
  8. I got in! My teas was 69.3!
  9. Nobody's gotten any calls yet today?
  10. I'm trying! Today has been a really rough day. I could use some good news. Good luck to the few lpn hopefulls on here!
  11. Well.... I was bad and I called Phsc. They are calling LPNs today!!!
  12. Not a peep so far. Hopefully the'll pick up today where they left off. Who knows they might not even call LPNs.
  13. Has anyone who recived a call been denied a seat? Just been accepted or asked to deny one seat and accept another? I'm hoping maybe they only got partially through all the applicants and will pick up Tuesday. Or I can just be looking for my denial letter in the mail soon.
  14. Oh my gosh! That soon! I hope they call LPN applicants first thing Tuesday or I'll barely have time to accept if I do get offered a seat.
  15. Oops I meant lpn applicants! If they're doing transition hopefully, if they haven't started, LPNs applicants will be getting calls next. I hope I don't have to wait a few weeks for snail mail.
  16. Did any Lpns get a call or email so far?
  17. Read about 6 comments up. It seems like they are just doing RN and making openings.
  18. Congrats to all the people who are getting to find out early! Go celebrate! :)
  19. Thanks for the info emski1006! It soothed my compulsion to check my phone every 2 minutes to see if I got a call. Now I'm back to stalking my mailman!
  20. It seems that only people applying for generic RN are receiving phone calls. I thought LPN letters would come out first like they have previous years. I hope they start calling everyone else tomorrow!
  21. I have a question for those that are applying for transition (and those that earned their LPN from PHSC). How "hard" was the first semester? Was it easier once you got the basics under your belt? I understand it varies from person to person but what was your experience? I'm asking because I've been out of school a while, taken no prerequisites (or any classes since highschool), have a disabled son and am currently a single stay at home mom. I never struggled academically but this is different. What are your experiences?
  22. Good grief. They need to step their game up. I was hoping because I got my letter so early that they would be on top of things this year but it seems I was mistaken. The waiting is really starting to wear on my nerves. It seems like everyone applied at multiple places but me .
  23. Maybe LPN / ADN application acceptance letters come first because the actual acceptance/ denial/ alternative come first for LPN. Maybe. Or they could just be slacking because of all the applications. I put mine in the beginning of May.
  24. I wish it came this early! I'm ready to find out. If I don't get in I may do the paramedic route and work on prerequisites for RN. I didn't receive any email?
