  1. Hello everyone! I'm new here but I've been visiting allnurses.com ever since I was a student, which was 4-6 years ago. I am from the Philippines and I graduated and passed the local boards last 2014. Now I am about to take NCLEX-RN. I am pretty anxious because all I have is Saunders 5th Edition and some review books from my school. Plus, I am relying on the tips I find here and on google. I'm not quite sure how NCLEX-RN Test will be, I am not even sure what to expect and what exactly and how exactly to study. Could someone please help me? I'm planning to go on review but it will start mid-June and I am on the process of waiting for my ATT already. Doomed. I basically have a few more weeks and I am not even sure I am ready
