  1. Go ahead and check that scary little box that says "yes, I failed patho and pharm etc.." I called the office and they are working on rewording it...basically it means to say "Yes, I acknowledge IF I failed this is what will happen.." go ahead and check it
  2. There is some MAJOR confusion about that little box that says "yes, I failed patho/pharm etc..." I called the office and they said it's poorly worded and that by checking that box you are acknowledging that IF you failed this is the consequence.. just check that box so you can move forward with you acceptance letter submission.. seems scary but they are working on fixing the wording of that.
  3. Accepted today for the Online Program: Here are my stats: 3.5 Science GPA 3.4 overall GPA. HESI: 90% Reading/comp, 90% Grammar, 98% Vocabulary, 88% Math, total score was a 366/400 or 91.50% I have 3 considerations ( 2 prior degrees, BS in Healthcare Admin and an M.B.A., 30 lower pre req hours at UTA and 12 of the 16 science) I'm also prior military with a healthcare rating. Not partnered
  4. You will.. just grab a review book and go though it and you'll be fine. One of my friends didn't realize there was a calculator at the top of the screen and she did all her work without it. Whatever you think is your weakest subject really study that and take it first on the HESI. You'll be fine
  5. I bought a HESI study book and did the math section 3 times until I felt comfortable.. it's not hard math at all.. it's actually simple but it's things I haven't used since elementary and middle school.. lots of conversions but I had a really neat little thing to remember them.. go to you tube and looks up metric conversion "King Henry Died By Drinking Chocolate Milk" with is "K(ilo), H(ecto) D(eka) B (gram, meter, liter), D(eci), C(enti), M(illi).. makes conversions a snap..the rest is adding and multiplying/dividing fractions, simple algebra etc.. so very easy.. just not something we remember that much after middle school.
  6. my cell is 847-404-5740.. text is faster for me by far
  7. I've read on other threads the first round goes out around Sept 25.. then others have said mid -October..
  8. I just checked this thread.. I'm taking my UL Patho and Pharm as we speak. I can help you with some of your questions. Lisa
  9. I have this info on another thread but it's not very active so I'm reposting: I submitted my application for the Spring 2017 online BSN back in May. I begin Pharm and Patho Sept 5th . Here are my stats: 3.5 Science GPA 3.4 overall GPA. My understanding, for the online is that 500 apply and around 130 are accepted. Does anyone have any other statistics? Lisa
  10. I submitted my application for the Spring 2017 online BSN just last week. The wait will be a long one but I'm taking 3 classes this summer and Pharm and Patho in the Fall. Here are my stats: 3.5 Science GPA (as of now, I still have Chem to take), 3.4 overall GPA (for now), HESI: 90% Reading/comp, 90% Grammar, 98% Vocabulary, 88% Math, total score was a 366/400 or 91.50% I have 3 considerations ( 2 prior degrees, BS in Healthcare Admin, M.B.A., 30 lower pre req hours at UTA and 12 of the 16 science) I'm also prior military with a healthcare rating. I'm nervous because from my understanding around 500 apply and about 130 are selected.. has anyone heard anything on those statistics? Thank you for beginning this thread because October is a long wait! Good Luck to everyone!! Lisa
