    Hello! I've been an ER nurse for 4.5 years now and I feel like i'm bored.... I know... how does one become bored in an ER? I've reached out for more opportunities and have been promoted to Charge RN but leadership isn't the challenge Im craving. Anyone have any idea what a new next step would be? I've thought about NP but primary care sounds terribly boring....Maybe a CRNA? Help! Whats a good next step?
