Hello! I have just started my first nursing job at 22 yo, on January 2nd & I am looking for so little secrets, tips, tricks, or anything to help my days flow better from some experienced nurses. For example how do you save time, how do you organize your medication pull, little tricks they don't teach you in school. What's the best way to take report? Things like this, anything you can think of that would help a new nurse! I thank you in advance for any suggestions! (:

Hello I am taking my NCLEX-RN at the end of the month, and I'm beginning to panic.. I have read some pretty good reviews on UWorld & I'm wondering what people think about it & if they had success using it and passing NCLEX? Has anyone used UWorld, do they think it helped them? Did you pass NCLEX on the first try? Did you do anything else to study? What was your NCLEX experience like? I have been using all kinds of stuff like Kaplan online, books, nclex mastery app... And I'm just getting overwhelmed because I don't know what to just really focus on.. Im thinking about dropping all this stuff and just doing UWorld if I get good reviews on it.. If I do around 100 questions a day I can get through all the questions before I test. PLEASE HELP (: any tips or suggestions are appreciated!
