We do not like them. Not for vented/respiratory kids, not for big kids, not for bili kids, not for surgical kids. They aren't as breathable as what they say. Temps can be all over the place and we never use them for bili light kids. But, our NICU bought them and slowly our snuggle ups have been going away.

I have an interview on Tuesday for the NICU, I've been a Medsurg nurse basically my whole nursing profession. I have been a nurse almost 7 years. I have been wanting to work in either labor and delivery, mom baby, or NICU since before I started nursing school but have never been given the opportunity. This is my chance and I don't want to mess it up. My old supervisor suggested to ask a lot of questions in the interview. What kind of questions should I ask? Btw, I've worked for the hospital for 5 years, but have not the last few months. So I am familiar with the health system itself that I am interviewing for. Any advice on what to say or do!? I have put together an impressive portfolio. But I am nervous on what to say. HELP! I can NOT let this slip away.
