  2. Hey I took the nclex yesterday May 7th at 8 am and the computer shut off at 75. I walked in hoping that I would do well enough to cut off at 75 but now that I think about it I have no way of gauging how well I did. If you go over 75 you at least know that you are close and in the running. I did kaplan q bank and my average was 69% I did hurst and scored where they tell you to and I also scored above what Hesi tells you to but I just don't know. I am also a paramedic and the National Registry was a CAT also so I am used to the format and I passed that in the minimum. I know its not a guarantee but I just feel like you would have to do pretty darn bad to fail in 75 questions and that you would be getting fairly easy questions at that point. I know that the majority of people who test pass on the first time but this wait is beyond nauseating.
