  1. I don’t remember if I did or not… sometimes you can go back to the section where you uploaded your resume and upload additional docs there … however whenever I interview with a hiring manager or nurse manager I always send them an email summarizing our interaction and include my Cover letter/resume with the email
  2. it's an email from [email protected] I scroll down to where theres a blue link that says "click here" ***to return to onboarding tasks*** and takes you back to the portal/where everything can be accessed/your profile etc.
  3. Yes... what I noticed is sometimes I have to go back to the link in the email and I don't have this problem...I'm going to try deleting my history though also
  4. 9/6 I did my hire appointment and medical clearance (physical and drug test) they only run your blood to check titers for immunizations (for TDap, measles, etc.)
  5. Yes a few weeks ago so I’m sure
  6. Congrats ? definitely some of the highest paid new grads !! NSLIJ on Long Island offer $102,190 days telemetry NYU Langone in Long Island offering $105k nights (99k base + 6500 nights or $3.33 cents more and hour for nights) on a surgical step-down unit
  7. Thank you so much for sharing this !?
  8. It is long… I think this program is the best way to enter critical care though every hospital should have this for ICU in my opinion
  9. did they mention how many weeks is the fellowship, when you will be on your own etc?
  10. Congrats ! can you share the fellowship details?
  11. To my knowledge fellowship/orientation is only "cut short" if they feel you are ready to be on your own. Worst case scenario I would imagine is- they no longer have a preceptor available to teach you (which I think is rare). I'm not sure how long the fellowship is honestly, but you will be on the floor even during the fellowship. Keep calling to follow up... I believe start date is 10/24 and you need a few weeks for onboarding to clear
  12. I was told I would hear from onboarding within a week… and the offer is via email
  13. Once you sign your offer someone from onboarding will reach out in a few days via email with a link for you to start on boarding (hire appointment and medical clearance then modules) then you are cleared to start on your start date
  14. After appointments there’s a bunch of modules to complete they take a few hours
  15. I think it’s way too soon for you … I think you would qualify for the July 2023 fellowships… I interviewed this year in July for the July 2022 critical care fellowship but on boarding takes about three weeks between hiring appointment and medical clearance (sometimes there’s no available appointments for a week or so) I received a call a few weeks after submitting my application then video interview then it would be in person interview then references checked then offer
  16. Definitely call if it’s been two days and if they’re checking your references that means they want to give you an offer ?
  17. Yes I think that’s exactly what happened… I kind of regret accepting it but thank you so much ?
  18. Congrats to you as well ?… have you considered a surgical step-down unit since you’re interested in SICU ?
  19. I would have still went through the application process but it was Northwell that withdrew my application ?
  20. Update- I had accepted a telemetry position with NSLIJ because they were pressuring me to accept or decline ASAP (gave me like 2 days) and it's a day position so I accepted because I didn't want to lose it. I just googled "northwell career site oracle" and I just saw the cc fellowship application states "withdrawn." I'm so upset but I am also applying to a surgical step-down unit at a level 1 trauma center (nights). So I'm thinking if I go that route, I can get into a surgical ICU after 1 year, which is what I really want.
