  1. As I am approaching graduation I have 2 questions I would like to receive feedback on from other students and/or nurses. Should students be able to transition into a specialty field such as (ER, L&D, ICU etc.) following graduation? Secondly, What words of advice can you give on how to keep your head up once training on your first Registered Nursing job. I recognize there is a huge learning curve from time management, delegation, communication, skills, thought processes etc. that I want to understand how to not get overwhelmed and persevere to the point to reach success. It is easy to want to already be the "experienced nurse" so help me take the steps to get there! Thank you for your feedback.
