Hey everyone! Congrats again! Quick question here... where did everyone take micro and what was your course number? For some reason I'm worried it won't transfer to BHSP... It doesn't look like the Alamo colleges carry the course + lab, or am I totally confused? I'd hate to pay for this course at UTSA!

Thanks :) I'm gonna head over to Baptist and see if I can talk to an admissions counselor. Just wanted some insight first. It'd be awesome if I'll be able to cut the program length down! Do do you know anyone who's graduated from Baptist? I wonder how the job market looks out here for ADNs and if Baptist helps with job placement

Oh dang I wonder if medical ethics is even available at the community college level? @ashleynt Where did you take lifespan?

I haven't taken it yet! I was referring to the algebra, sociology, and comp classes :)

If I've already taken these classes, can I transfer those credits over? Will that cut the program shorter for me?

Do you happen to know what the acceptance rate is and what scores they generally tend to accept? Also, did you have to take the NET?

Congrats to those who got in and good luck to those who've applied! I'm applying this fall, but I'm so full of nerves! Do y'all mind answering a few questions to help me out? Applying to this program is a new thought that just came to me, so I'm still confused! I'm worried that the admission steps look to simple and that I'm missing something... Basically, take the TEAS exam, and the prereqs (only micro and A&P I andII) and they'll decide from there? That's it? Does anyone have any clinical/hands-on experience? Is that a factor in admissions as well? Do I need to be a college grad? BSHP will still accept me without a Bachelor's degree, right? (Considering I meet all the other requirements obviously...)
