  1. My spouse is a Pharmacist at Kaiser, so I was actually informed second hand about the new grad program. From my understanding, the Kaiser new grad programs are rare. On the interview invitation, it stated that the purpose of this interview is to fill a total of 12 positions (6 at each location). They are per diem, no benefit, night shift positions.... but obviously I don't mind because I accepted the interview. I am not sure how often the new grad programs are offered, like I said it was kinda by chance that my spouse heard about it. Btw... Just curious, when did you graduate? And from where? Also, have you taken your NCLEX yet? Best of luck to you!!
  2. Just some additional information: I live in Southern California Graduated from Cal State San Bernardino - BSN Interviewing (in June) with Kaiser Fontana/Ontario for New Grad program (Med Surg/Tele)
  3. Hi, I am starting this thread to get some additional insight regarding interview questions and situations for new grads. I graduated last June (2015) and took/passed my NCLEX in December. I have since been applying to a variety of positions, including several new grad programs. I have interviewed with one other hospital and am currently waiting to attend a group interview with Kaiser Permanente (June). I would appreciate feedback from anyone with general tips, question preparation, etc. Also, if anyone out there has specifically interviewed with Kaiser Permanente (I'm not really sure what to expect with the group interview) your feedback would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks
