    I'm looking to relocate from Canada to New York City and have been applying at various hospitals. I have 2 years of experience in perinatal/med-surg float pool at a teaching hospital, and have my NY state license. Anytime I submit an application to NYP, it comes back immediately saying "application received; do not meet qualifications". According to the job postings, I should qualify for these positions. After playing around, I determined that I was being screen based on saying that I am NOT a US citizen, permanent resident, or temporary resident. Although I would be eligible to work in the USA under TN status, I am unable to successfully apply to these jobs. Has any one else come across this? Any tips/ideas as to how I can still be considered for these positions? Thanks a million.
