I want to get my BSN once I graduate from my ADN nursing program. I want it to be an online school. I have heard of Western Governors but haven't heard of anything else nor have I researched it. I plan on doing some more research but I am curious to what you guys have to say about online schools. I am looking for a good education but also not ridiculously expensive.

I am a new grad nurse and I am curious about the use of acupressure to help patients with the healing process. I am interested to hear your thoughts and opinions with acupressure. I don't like the "hocus pocus" things that people often assume as part of acupressure but I believe that it can help people along with modern day medicine. Has anyone had first-hand experience to using acupressure along with nursing and if so what were the outcomes. If not, do you think acupressure could be helpful for nurses build a strong rapport with their patients.
