  1. I will be graduating with my associates degree in nursing, furthing my education is an important next step for me, but I am on the fence of doing it right away. The faculty at which I got hired at does not require a bachelors degree after getting experience would I be able to get a job at an elsewhere hospital with out a bachelors degree, but would have experience? My family and support team have a hard time understanding why I would spend more money on my education if I already had a job. Please help me understand how a bachelors degree would make me a better nurse, and more qualified for different jobs?
  2. I will be graduating nursing school this May and got hired onto the OB unit at the hospital were I'm currently employed at the same unit as a Certified Surgical Technician. Should it be my obligation or role to still cover for scrubbing C-sections while being a nurse? What if the unit needs me in a emergent situation or when they are short handed, and don't give me a choice that I have to be the scrub tech? I worry I won't be able to give the adequate care to my patient I will be caring for if I have to worry about doing a C-section, or get pulled away from my Pt for a C-section.
