I wasn't able to catch the rest of your comment? So two of your friends are in the same situation as me, as far as not knowing their status?

Thank you for the tips and information again. I will definitely update once this is all said and done. My fingers continue to remain crossed, in hopes that I do get accepted.

Hello Ednies, thank you for the information and follow up regarding my situation. I actually called again today and spoke with the director of the program regarding still not hearing back from them on whether or not I was accepted. She informed me that, they are indeed still working on getting the spots filled and that this will probably be finalized around mid-June. She informed me that people are withdrawing from the program so they are filling those spots with alternates and reviewing applications to also fill those spots. So I have still yet to know whether or not I got in or not unfortunately. Again, thank you for the information regarding city college, I will definitely look into it.

No need to apologize in regards to the late reply, but yes, I found out orientation was today two days ago. As of last night, they informed me via email that they are still working on applications. My assumption is that hopefully I find out by time the next orientation comes around. Thank you for your wishes, I appreciate it.

I have thought about going in but I do not want to seem pushy. I will definitely call tomorrow morning in hope that I can speak to someone. If you don't mind me asking, when did they schedule oreintation? Is it sometime this week? I originally was going to give it until Friday but if orientation is indeed this week, then I'm going to assume that I will not be receiving an invite.

Hello, Congratulations on being accepted to the program. I spoke with someone last week via email, and it appears that letters are still going out from what I was informed. This anxiety is driving me crazy regarding whether or not I will be accepted or not. I'm hoping to hear back soon! Again, congrats and wish you nothing but the best of luck.

Hello, Congrats on receiving your invitation to their program! What she said was that, they were finishing up invites for the Step-up program, being that they are before the generic ADN applicants. They were said to finish the step up portion this past week and that the remainder of the invitations were going to follow, as far as being sent out. She did not specify exactly when that would be, but I'm assuming it should be sometime this coming week. I guess we will soon see. Again, congratulations, wish you nothing but the best.

Hello All, I wanted to start this thread for those fellow applicants that applied for the Southwestern Community College Fall 2016 ADN Program. Not sure If this is a little late but I have yet to receive my notification regarding being invited or not for the program. As you can probably assume, I am extremely nervous right now and have been ever since I submitted my application. I've been in contact with Martha over there and she informed me that they were currently showing attention to the Step-Up program and they should be completed by this week. After completing their portion, the remainder of the letter will be sent out. Has any one been offered a spot in the ADN program for the fall 2016 cohort yet?

Hey Ednies, Did you receive an program invite yet? I also applied to the 2016 Fall Cohort. I emailed Martha in regards of finding out the status of my application and she stated that they were focusing on the Step-Up program at the moment and should have that completed by this week (April 22, 2016) and will resume sending out program invites for the 2-year ADN program?
