  1. Hi there, I have my BA and MA in art history (super helpful, not! haha) and I am planning to go back to school to become an RN. Can anyone help me figure out if it would make more sense/be more beneficial in the long run to go back for an accelerated BSN or if I could just do an associates since I already have a BA? Is there some brilliant website that helps people with previous degrees/careers break down the best way to approach a new career in nursing? Many thanks for any help...the internet is a rabbit hole, and I'd love to hear it straight from people who have weighed the same decisions.
  2. 31 year old mom of two looking to go to nursing school. I have a BA and MA in art history, so needless to say I will need to do a lot in terms of fulfilling prereqs for nursing school. Im wondering if anyone can weigh in on what you would do in my situation: try to work part time while doing a traditional BSN program or do prereqs on my own and do an accelerated program? Thank you for any advice!
  3. Starting to plan out pre-reqs in hopes of applying for ABSN programs summer/fall 2018. I currently have a 5 month old and a 3 year old - they would be 3 and 5 at my anticipated start date. Would love to hear from others who are planning on accelerated programs with young kids (or who have gone through them and lived to tell the tale!) Any pro tips/advice?
