    Hello all, I'm in desperate need of help - here's my problem: I graduated from the Practical Nursing Program in 2008 (North Carolina), took the NCLEX once but failed and was so disappointed that I never bother to go back and re-take. It has been 8 long years since but I now want to pursue it again and was wanting to know if NC board of nursing would allow me to take a refresher course and go back to re-take the test again.
