Hi! Have you checked the https://www.breeze.ca.gov/datamart/mainMenu.do? You can click on the "Verify a License" button, choose Search by Personal or Business Name then input you information. I took my NCLEX-RBN last April 16 and checked daily. My breeze account showed a license issuance date of April 19. Hope this helps.
