  1. Hi, I made it. 75 questions! UWorld consists on over 1800 questions which you study in sections of 75 or less. You log in, select CREATE TEST, select test mode (TUTOR mode allows you to see the correct answer immediately after each question and it gives you the rationale for each answer choice. Rationales are what make UWorld the best tool bc every single question is like a lecture, you are learning and reviewing a topic every time you answer a question, therefore, reading these is KEY.) select areas of interest and number of questions.
  2. Have you checked to see if you have a license number posted in your state's website?
  3. how did it go?
  4. I am only using Uworld , did some Kaplan about a year ago but didn't like it much (I graduated in 2014 and have never taken the NCLEX), I test on 5/26/16. I've done almost 1200 questions but I am totally freaking out, very very nervous. I'm just praying and trying to stay positive.
  5. I actually like the Uworld answer and rationale. If you could only do one thing and then go home is... to stop what's causing it all: Pitocin, to many contractions, too much uterine stimulation. Then turn the patient, O2 and then IV bolus (remember Pitocin acts like an antidiuretic hormone, therefore there will be some risk of fluid retention so do not give additional IV fluids if it isn't necessary, try all other interventions first). If you only turn the patient to the left side while Pitocin is still running, it will only relieve late decels briefly.
