  1. I think I screwed up..feels like quitting

    Hi I'm new in this forum and need some advice , I'm a new LPN in a surgical unit and done with my orientation buddy shift but done a lot of mistakes already e.g med error, let pt go home against med advice without informing doctor bec don't know how to page, and one more, I feel like to quit and just go back as HCA in the same unit 😔
