UWorld RN prep.. Is it reliable?
I believe you'll be fine!! Those scores are great indicators. Taken straight from my previous update: My uworld score before taking NCLEX was mostly mid 60s, 87th percentile. I not only read the rationales but i wrote down most of them in a bullet point note format. Even if I thought I knew the topic well, I'd still write down something from each question I got wrong & sometimes things from the questions I got right. I truly believe that uworld is how I passed. The NCLEX was set up identically to uworld & I felt comfortable testing because it felt familiar. I passed first nclex try in 75 questions. The Pearson vue trick worked for me.

My best advice is to invest the time to study. This is one of the most important tests of your life! I studied 4-5 hours 5 days a week. Focusing mostly on uworld & Kaplan as well as my NCLEX review books.

UWorld RN prep.. Is it reliable?
Alright guys! Here's where I stand AFTER my NCLEX this afternoon! Before my exam, I had completed 1,124 of the 1,914 questions on UWorld. My results: 60.5% correct in the 80th percentile. My NCLEX shut off at 75 questions after 1.5 hours of testing. I had 18 select all that apply, a ton of priority questions overall. No hot spots, no drag & drop, no math. Pearson Vue Trick currently says "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time."... The good pop up! I will keep you all updated. Fingers crossed and lots of prayers!

UWorld RN prep.. Is it reliable?
I have now completed 1,028 out of the 1,905 questions on UWorld, 60.4% correct and in the 80th percentile. I'm slowing down on my studying, and plan to only do 75 questions tomorrow and review the 35 page guide that everyone talks about.. Then a pedicure and relaxing before the test Tuesday at 1pm! Test day, I only plan to review lab values. Wish me luck, y'all! It's getting close!

Just to update you all, my friend took her NCLEX Thursday afternoon, and her license number was posted on the BON website by Friday evening! (Pearson Vue trick worked for her, but the pearson vue quick results "weren't available" before the license number was posted.) She and I have used the exact same things to study with, and make comparable scores. So hopefully this is a good sign! I'm continually taking these UWorld questions and writing down what I need to refresh on! I will keep you all updated!

Thank you all for your confidence! I am very hopeful that I'm on the right track. I really don't like Kaplan compared to UWorld now that I have done both! While I still feel that Hurst was valuable, from what I'm hearing from others, UWorld is better than Kaplan for practice questions to prepare you. I think I'll stick with UWorld until my test date!

UWorld RN prep.. Is it reliable?
I am scheduled to take the NCLEX-RN on June 28th, 2016. I'm freaking out and wanting your opinion. I completed the Kaplan live review & 60% of the qbank with an average score of 71. I completed the Hurst live review and completed the specialty topics in the book on my own. I have reviewed the entire Hurst book once more, and wrote down the things I felt I needed to be stronger with. Now, I have purchased UWorld and taking about 100 questions a day/5 days a week. I am scoring mostly mid-60s, my low being a 55 and my high being a 68. UWorld says I'm in the 85th percentile compared to the average. I am not sure if I should feel confident with this or if UWorld simply is leading me to be more confident than I should be... and I am not as prepared as I need to be.
