  1. Hi Barbs B! The most important thing I did before taking the TEAS was PRAY!!! Without God, I wouldn't have passed. Faith without works is dead, so I also purchased the official TEAS V study manual and both the practice test off of ATI Testing | Nursing Education | NCLEX Exam Review | TEAS Testing. These tools in addition to YouTube helped me pass the TEAS V. I mainly used YouTube for Science which was very boring to read over and over again from the manual so using YouTube helped to make this section more interesting so I retained the concepts better. Also, I did not understand the ati study guide's explanation for some topics in the Science section for ex. Meiosis and Mitosis so I used YouTube because there is such a variety of different explanations. I just kept looking until I found the explanation that suited my learning style. YouTube is such an invaluable learning tool!!! I noticed you said you did pretty good on the other subjects. I don't know exactly how well you did, but Keshwani prep on YouTube gives a page by page explanation of the Math problems in the TEAS V study manual. My school requires at least a 66% for the ASN program and I made a 88% which was pretty good. I should mention at one point during the science section my time was going forward but I couldn't move on to the next problem! This was the biggest part of the test and my time was running out!! I still managed to complete the science section thanks to the PRAYER, ati study manual, and YouTube!:) I hope this helps!!!
