  2. Hello! I am a new grad who graduated in December. I applied to UC Davis Residency program around November/December. After much waiting I never got a call so 2 months pass and I accepted another job offer at a different hospital. That was in February. I started with my IP. In March I recieved my license so to date I have been working with my license for only 1 month. I am also still on orientiation. Well, this week UC Davis called offering me an interview. I really want to work there but my concern is that when I applied in December I remember the application saying that to be in the program it must be your first paid RN job. does working with my license WHILE on orientation for just one month count against me? I am so worried because I really want this job. Thanks!
