    Hello, I am really close to my senior year of nursing school and looking to relocate to Wilmington when I finish. I am a huge planner and want to get as much as I can prepared before we move. I understand the pay is pretty low for the area, but after extensive searches can not find out the current pay rate for a new grad. Despite the low wage, this is still my preferred area because of my support in the area. I have two daughters who will be in grade school so more than likely we will be living outside of Wilmington in Hampstead.
