    I have been in the healthcare industry for 14 years. We have gone from working TOGETHER to AGAINST each other for the revenue. We have gone from serving patient positive outcomes to serving for patient satisfaction score with bad patient outcomes. What is going on?? When as a nurse can I say NO you may not have the sausage sandwich you just had a heart attack? When can I say NO you may not have a 50 pill narcotic prescription for your sprain thumb for the past 5 visits? We wonder why healthcare has gone up? This is why. Free standing ER being built in every corner for revenue dollars. I am ready to take a stand I have written multiple letters to the White House because we need to have a voice for better patient outcomes and for our sanity!!!!!!!!
