  1. Hey all! I took a nap this afternoon feeling fine when I lied down and after about 2 hours I woke up freezing cold and having chills. I had to put to pairs of pants on, two long sleeve shirts, and two pairs of socks on and I was still extremely cold. I checked my temperature and it was 99.9â—‹f and I felt awful. I then took zinc and drank a bottle of water and went out to eat with my family. I was incredibly cold (still in two layers) in the restaurant and everyone else was comfortable in the environment. When I got to the car I took my temperature again and it had risen to 100.8 and I took motrin (prescription 800 mg) I got home and laid down for about an hour and a half and I just took my temperature again and it jumped to 101.4. I'm so sick and I have the worst headache of my life, my neck lymph nodes hurt and my body aches are terrible. I just took more motrin 600. I'll wait and see. If my fever does not go down or gets worse. What should I do?
