Hi Are you able to give me advise on how to do things my way without going through an Agency? I am an Aussie RN, did a fe post graduate courses, and have worked in Theatres for about 8years now. I am looking for adventure and work experience and I think US is where I want to go. I am currently waiting for the CES from CGFNS then the next step I think is taking the NCLEX. Any advice on where I can do a self review then might take the exam later this year. I figured once I have the CGFNS and NCLEX sorted, I can start looking for an employer under the E3 visa. Is this correct? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi I would like to ask anyone who has had experience or anyone with an idea on the processing time/ stages any information on wanting to work in the US. I am a theatre nurse for 8 years now who graduated in Australia. So now, I am looking at working in the US to gain experiencee working abroad. I got in touch with this US Agency who advised that I need CGFNS certification which is currently in progress. I still need to take NCLEX. I just want someone who can tell me or give me advise with the whole process including length of application. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
