  1. I'm a new License Vocational Nurse (two months as a nurse). I work at a sniff. I'm starting to get the hang of it. I'm just wondering what to expect when the state are to visit and what to do and not what to do. I know we're suppost to do everything by the book. But How can I finish on time if I have 30-40 patients? What do I do? Also what to do on certain occations like medication is not available, or the refills are not here yet? Are we suppost to call the MD to give an alternative or what? Please share your story on what happen and what were the questions asked when you were passing meds? Also most commonly mistakes that we make.
