  1. I have thought of a few more questions for you: Did you bring your computer? Seems like that would only apply to long course students. How strict are they with personal food? Are they really counseling people for protein bars and trail mix? What is the electrical outlet situation in the tents? Easy to charge kindle/phone/iPad? How does laundry work on the weekends? Is it easy to get detergent? What are the requirements for the foot march? I'm training for EFMB right now so I've been doing ruck marches (4 & 6 miles so far) with loaded pack, full battle rattle and m16 @ 15 min/mi pace. Are we talking easier or harder than that? I'm sure I will come up with some more questions later. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. Booked my airfare today! It's all becoming very real...
  2. Thank you so much for this information LT! I was hoping someone would give some insight. None of the other LTs in my unit have been to BOLC in a while and there are about 6 of us who need it right now. We are all feeling a bit clueless. I have a few questions: Was ASU pants or skirts for females? Did the really issue all the TA-50 gear? I have OCIE from my unit and I am unsure as to if I need to bring it or not. Any recommendations on flashlights? Thank you again LT. V/R, LT Marshall
