  1. I have been in the nursing field for 9 years. 7 years as a CNA and 2 years as an LPN. I am content as an LPN at this time. I may consider bridging to RN a little later, but for now I have a question for any knowledgeable nurse who may be able to help. I have worked in the Geriatric field and no other. I would like to branch out a little so here is my question. Is there any specialty (dialysis, wound care, etc.) that an LPN can do? I see a lot of different opportunities for RN's, are there any for an LPN? I love what I do, I just want to see what else may be out there. Thank you all!!!
