  1. Just got an email that said I was accepted and should be expecting a letter. I was surprised since I'd never heard of them sending emails before so checked my personal admissions plan on my.jccc.edu (as if it was some sort of prank or something, hah!) and sure enough, it says it's waiting for the 'intent to accept' letter to be submitted. Aaaaand, yep, there's the notice of missed certified mail in the mailbox!!! It was kind of anticlimatic finding out this way, but I am so relieved! Now to get my butt down to the post office first thing in the morning and get payment sorted ASAP! Gonna be stressed until it's officially paid for and my spot is secure! Congrats to BioChic! See you at orientation! Can't wait to hear back from Brown2293! *fingers crossed* Edit: BTW, Does your letter say that it can be submitted by hand or does it have to be sent in?
  2. Hi! I just had my interview last week. I am not feeling very optimistic. I think I answered the questions correctly but I was so nervous and I feel like I made a fool out of myself. Of course, afterwards I dissected everything I said and have been repeatedly face palming when I come up with what would have been a really awesome response!! I dont think I did poorly, but with 110 applicants and only 64 spots, I don't feel like I did anything to make myself stand out, so it's disappointing after a year of doing prereqs and working so hard to get good grades! Anyway, I'm sure it's normal to feel this way. Hopefully we find out sooner than May! It looks like last year they were telling applicants May also, but people were getting their letters around the end of March! Definitely report back when you get your letter! Good luck!!
