  1. Thank you so much for your opinions. I am glad to see that RNs find respect in the work place. So far even as a nursing student, I have been treated very well during my clinicals in the hospital. I understand that "professional nurses" is a universty concept and that does make sense, and could be controversial. I do not mean to cross any boundaries. But I do hope that it really is thought about while working. I am also glad to hear you remeber these discussions from school. Thanks again for the feedback!
  2. Hello! I am a first year nursing student and we have discussed how nursing has evolved as a profession. I was wondering if those who are already RNs felt like they have respect from other healthcare providers for the work they do and if they feel they are seen as a respected professional? RNs do so much for the patients and I want to know if RNs feel like they get credit for all of their hard work?
